This is a wonderful hotel. It is clean and fresh. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was adequate. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. It's conveniently located just a short distance from the exit for Canandaigua New York. We stayed for a concert at cmac which is about a 15 to 20 minute drive away. Very easy straight path. Highly recommend be visiting Canandaigua on a budget.

Lots of towels, they gave us 4 bath towels and wash clothes which was great. I also liked that the soap for the sink was in a dispenser instead of those tiny soap bars. There's so many lighting options in the room, bed lights, ceiling lights, ambient lighting across the TV, etc. There weren't many guests on the night we stayed so the whole building was very quiet and comfortable and breakfast was not a rush either. I liked that the coffee and hot water was available 24/7. The beds were comfortable, pillows were plush and not flat and walking distance to KFC and Dunkin Donuts if needed.

The hotel seemed new (July 2023) - nice and clean all around (lobby, hallways, bedroom, bathroom). Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a KFC, a Taco Bell, and a Dunkin just a stone's throw away, which was convenient. And a 3-4 minute walk to the 7-11. Lots of free parking, and the hotel was far enough back from the highway that car noise wasn't an issue.

Johnathan, (evening staff) was welcome, friendly, informative and helpful. I love the water and fresh baked cookies as we entered the lobby. The breakfast bar was well presented with a variety of fresh food. We had a great stay and will return. I have already recommended it to several friends. Thank you.

This hotel was perfect for a concert at CMAC! Clean and friendly ....straight shoot to the concert...and bonus when you get back from concert you have a Taco Bell in your parking lot and a Dunkin Donuts for the next morning! My sister and I took our daughters and they loved it! Was so perfect!!!

Clean, smelled fresh, convenient to our family. Plenty of linens. Continental breakfast had great variety. Easy check in and out. Close to Canandaigua for an easy trip to see the grandchildren.

It was a really good value for money. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with a great variety of choices although the property didn't have a kitchen. The hotel was nice and clean and it was also very quiet. The beds were comfy. The location was good, there were many shops and restaurants around, and it's easy to explore Finger Lakes from here.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. The location of the hotel is good--not too far from Canandaigua and other towns with more to do. Room was pretty spacious!

Could not find a microwave in the kitchen area to warm up the egg frittata. I had to take it to my room.
